Exploring Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered

This remastered version allows you to relive explosive action, ghost players, and win prices. There’s a lot more to explore in this campaign-remastered game. Tag along!

Classic Missions

All the classic missions in Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered come with story-related trophies. You can earn trophies by completing each mission on any level of difficulty.

You can play Find Rojas in the Favelas, Defend Burger Town, Back in the Saddle, or Danger Close. You can also set the difficulty level to Veteran Difficulty. It helps you unlock more achievements and trophies too.

Alternate Difficulty Levels in the Game

Recruit is the basic level of difficulty in this Campaign-Remastered game. Although it cannot avail the trophies you may be looking for, alternating the difficulty levels in the game can help you.

For instance, to get the Immortal trophy, you must complete all missions without reloading or dying until you get to the given checkpoint. So, if you play a mission on the Recruit difficulty level, you can reach the given checkpoint and win the Immortal trophy.

To make the most of this game, focus on winning the Immortal trophy as you search for Intel. It makes the game more interesting.

Tips to Play Better

Here are some tips for playing this game.

  • Stay Alerted and Take Cover

As an action-adventure game, you’re prone to explosives and shots from enemies. The good news is that this game features grenade indicators.

They pop out whenever an enemy or your teammates drop a grenade. So, know where the grenade is, take cover to last longer in the game, and win the trophies.

Furthermore, if you’re shot 2 to 5 times on any part of your body, you die. So, once an enemy fire you, locate objects like debris, doors, walls, and cars, and take cover immediately.

  • Look out for Enemies Above You

You can avoid death from the sky if you take out enemies on higher grounds first and quickly. These enemies will be more accurate when shooting at you because they’re above you.

So, before you launch an attack, map out and take down enemies on tall structures or rooftops. It will help you stay alive in the game too.

  • Become a COD god with Patience

Never be too fast to move in Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered. Although enemies will keep spawning in some missions until you move up, we advise you to move from one cover to the other (if you must survive).

Meanwhile, ensure you take down every enemy around your area before moving up. It will help you unlock new levels and trophies too.

  • Take Enemies Unaware

While enemies are trying to reload their weapons, fire them as quickly as possible. If not, they could take you out instead. Be vigilant, always look around, and don’t forget to take cover as you reload.

In the game, an enemy shoots toward your direction for roughly 5 seconds before pausing for some time. That’s your chance to knock them down.

  • Play Missions with Integrity

Not all missions support cheats. If you’re heading for the Immortal trophy, performing the Veteran exploit will void the course of that mission. Thus, you’ll replay the mission via “mission select.”

While the cheats and hacks can be helpful, Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is more fun when you play missions without cheats.

Meanwhile, use cheats in cheat-supported missions. It’ll help you collect a lot of missed achievements.

  • Learn the Shortcuts

There are some shortcuts to make your gameplay faster and smoother. For instance, you can quickly reload a weapon by double-tapping the “Y” button on your controller. However, do this once the bullets pop up on your device.

Another helpful shortcut you can adopt is the auto-locking shortcut. By hitting the “LT,” “RT,” and “LT” buttons on your controller (in quick succession), you’re enabling the Aim Assist Setting. It will automatically lock onto targets nearby, thus allowing you to take your shots.

Conclusion

You can use the auto-lock and quick reload shortcuts simultaneously. It’ll help take out enemies easily. However, don’t forget to hide behind objects while reloading your weapon.

Make the most of your gameplay experience by playing through the latest missions in this game.
Remember, the trophy you get depends on the difficulty level you play. Start your game, alternate difficulty levels, and try not to die in the missions.
